Simple Christmas Cards!

Hello Everyone,  oh, it's cold,  cold, cold here, rainy and miserable, Sun is trying to peek through though.

Anyway, how are you all?  I hope you are well and  your week is going well.

I've got a couple pf Christmas cards today,

A simple design using Inkylicious stamps, this is Winter Bough and I've added, Fluffy Stuff, and slats of Posca Pen, Momento Inks.

Same design but different stamps, this is Snow Shrub from Lavinia Stamps, Sentiment is a Lavinia one too. White gel pen and tiny crystal gems. Elements inks.

Easy to make and very effective I think.

Guinevere and Friend!

Hello Folks, I hope you are well.

Isn't it colder that in January!, it certainly is up here. I was thinking of swapping the heavier duvet for a lighter one, but I think I'll hold off for a bit yet.

I'm popping in to show my latest card,

The lovely Guinevere is having a catch up with her little seahorse friend in one of her favourite places, in her bottle that she came across a while back, Now just why she likes to sit in a bottle, I just don't know, but them I'm not a mermaid 😀 Coloured with  Zig pens, gel pens and Elements Ink. Stamps from Lavinia.

Thank  you so much for your lovely comments on the Dinosaur card, Alistair was really chuffed by your comments as he was the Dinosaur artist 😃.

Dinosaur Birthday!

Hello Friends and Visitors, hoping you are well and enjoying this Easter weekend.

Seems ages since  last posted, but here I am with  a birthday card for our little friend  who lives next door, Alejandro, can't believe he's now 4 years old. I remember the day he was brought home from hospital and as it was during covid we couldn't go out to see him, so Eddie his dad held him up at the window for us to see. He's growing up into a fabulous clever little boy, Anyway, here's his card,

He is dinosaur mad, so Alistair drew this image, I couldn't find a dino stamp any where. Watercolours used to colour him, and a selection of  Lavinia foliage stamps.  He thought it was cool.

We're out for lunch tomorrow, thought we'd treat ourselves to a nice Easter lunch.

That's me for now, Happy Easter if you celebrate it, and  not, well have a lovely weekend anyway, take care of yourselves,

A Friends' Gathering!

Hello Blogging Friends and Visitors, how're you all doing, fine I hope and looking forward to the weekend. We are going to a concert on Saturday evening, by the Inverness Symphony Orchestra, it's their inaugural concert in this name as they were formally The Ness Symphonia. It's a lovely piece of music called The Land of the Mountain and the Flood, a Scottish composer, Hamish MacCunn, based on one of Sir Walter Scott's poems. So we are looking forward to that.

Thank you for your lovely comments on my last calendar page, I so much appreciate them. I'm back today with my April page,

Once again I've used all Lavinia stamps and Elements Ink. Gel pens and Stickles for sparkle.

I do wish I was better at taking photos, anyway it is what it is.

That's all from me for now, have a lovely weekend whatever you get up to and stay safe,
